We issued a client alert on September 29th that there may be strong outflows from the PIMCO Total Return fund, and recommended investors review the appropriateness of the fund in light of manager Bill Gross's move to Janus. Since that time, there has been significant outflows which can negatively impact the remaining shareholders and the current management of the fund.
